Roots

CRĀVA was born from a simple belief: Indulgence should never require compromise.

For decades, founder Chuck Vivian worked in the medical device industry, helping bring life-saving innovations to physicians around the world. Yet somewhere between airports, hospitals, and hotel vending machines, a small frustration kept surfacing—why was it so hard to find chocolate that tasted extraordinary without being loaded with sugar and artificial ingredients?

CRĀVA is the answer to that question.

Crafted in small batches, CRĀVA chocolate begins with ethically sourced cacao and thoughtfully selected ingredients. Rare sugar sweeteners replace traditional sugar, allowing the deep character of real cocoa to shine without the calorie crash that typically follows indulgence.
