Our "Why" 

CRĀVA began with a simple question: Why was it so hard to find chocolate that tasted extraordinary without being loaded with sugar and unnecessary ingredients?

For founder Chuck Vivian, that question became deeply personal. He had seen people he loved struggle with the consequences of sugar while still wanting to enjoy the same pleasures everyone else enjoyed. And chocolate is one of those pleasures people simply don’t want to give up.

So he set out to create an alternative that didn’t feel like an alternative.

CRĀVA makes incredible craft chocolate for people who think about sugar but refuse to compromise. No sugar. No lecithins. Clean ingredients. Single-source cacao. Just deeply satisfying chocolate made for people who still want the real experience.

Choosing less sugar shouldn’t mean choosing less pleasure.
